Specialist supported living for adults 18+ with mental health challenges, learning disabilities and substance misuse histories. Empowering independence through compassionate, person-centred care.
Why This Work Matters To Us
Members of our leadership and staff team have personal experience of supporting loved ones living with mental health challenges — as family members and carers who have known the same uncertainty, the same sleepless nights, and the same fierce hope that the right support might one day make all the difference.
That lived experience shapes everything about the way we work. We understand what it feels like to watch someone you love struggle — and to wish, more than anything, that a truly understanding, compassionate service existed.
We built Quantum Care because we wanted to be that service — not just a placement, but a place where people feel genuinely seen, valued, and believed in, perhaps for the first time in a long time.
Every person who comes to us is someone's child, sibling, parent, or friend. We never lose sight of that. It is what drives us to go further, care more deeply, and make a real and lasting difference.

Our Services
Our Hyde home provides a warm, community-based setting where individuals can stabilise, rebuild their lives and move forward. We put as much thought into the community we build as the support we provide.
Each resident receives a personalised support plan covering independent living, mental health, physical wellbeing, social inclusion and personal aspirations — reviewed regularly with weekly key-working and outcome monitoring.
