Why This Work Matters To Us

Built from lived
experience

Members of our leadership and staff team have personal experience of supporting loved ones living with mental health challenges — as family members and carers who have known the same uncertainty, the same sleepless nights, and the same fierce hope that the right support might one day make all the difference.

That lived experience shapes everything about the way we work. We understand what it feels like to watch someone you love struggle — and to wish, more than anything, that a truly understanding, compassionate service existed.

We built Quantum Care because we wanted to be that service — not just a placement, but a place where people feel genuinely seen, valued, and believed in, perhaps for the first time in a long time.

Every person who comes to us is someone's child, sibling, parent, or friend. We never lose sight of that. It is what drives us to go further, care more deeply, and make a real and lasting difference.

A message from our team

Rihaan Khalil

Director

"After building a successful career in property, I recognised a growing need for genuinely high-quality accommodation and support. Helping people has always been the most rewarding part of life for me — that passion inspired me to establish Quantum Care and Support. When someone feels safe and at home, real progress follows."

Rebbecca Hamilton

Area Manager

"From a very young age, I was a registered young carer for my mother. Growing up alongside these challenges gave me a deep understanding of the realities of navigating care services. My aim is to ensure that no individual or family feels alone in their journey."
